Prof. Jai Prakash Saini is the Creator Vice-Chancellor of Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi. "The Delhi Netaji Subhas University of Technology Act, 2017 (DELHI ACT 06 OF 2018) (As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 10th August 2017) It is an Act to provide for the reconstitution and up-gradation of their Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology as a non-affiliating Netaji Subhas University of Technology, also to provide for research and education in branches of technology, engineering, sciences, and humanities, social sciences and management and also for the advancement of education and dissemination of knowledge of these branches and also for other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Netaji Subhas University Of Technology (NSUT) New Delhi, previously Called Netaji Subhas Institute Of Technology (NSIT), is a private school, accepted by Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Govt. Of NCT of Delhi, sprawling over lush green 145 acres of property, established in the year 1983 situated in the Dwarka sub-city of New Delhi -- the capital city of India.
